AFX Subbing!?!?

Well I just got my hands on Adobe After Effects, so I get to now learn how to do AFX Subbing, so if any afx typesetter/karaoke artist happens to know of some good pointers or a tutorial, leave me a comment or send me the info through the contact form. Also I’m still willing to accept any help in any field of the process (raw/trans/encode/type/edit/qc/distro) just leave me a note.
